About me
My name is Rushi and I am a 4th year undergraduate mechanical engineering student at the University of Alberta. Currently, I am working on a project to develop and test a 3D printed model of human joints. These synthetic joints can be used for biomechanics research in place of cadavers as well as rapid prototyping in clinical environments. Specifically, I am focusing on designing a testing system to validate the accuracy of our models. This will consist of a pulley and stepper motor system to simulate flexion and extension of the wrist.
